How export in batch the connections from SAP GUI for Windows to SAP GUI for Java

Hi Gurus, I have a lot of connections in SAP GUI for Windows on my last PC and I need migrate the connections to SAP GUI for Java in my new Mac, and I know how use the script in mode expert to add one connection in SAP GUI for Java, but I have around of 100 connection to migrate and I need a best way than one by one....
