Web Service URL when saving AFO workbook

I am pretty sure there is a simple answer to this question. My ultimate goal is being able to schedule Analysis for Office Documents. I found a step by step document how to do so from user's perspective but I am running into issues where I need to configure BOE environment to allow saving and scheduling AFO document.

When I try saving Analysis for Office document to BI environment system prompts for Web Service URL. Where I could find information what needs to be done to enable Web Service URL?

Thanks. It did help us to determine on of the other issues we had with the installation however it did not answer the question how do we set up Web Service URL that is required when saving Analysis for Office documents to BOE
