Can anyone tell me what all skills differentiate an HR abapper from a normal abapper?

1. Knowledge of Infotypes (PAnnnn & HRPnnnn tables)
2. Understanding of Validity Date concepts
3. Good understanding of HR macros, HR Logical Databases
4. Understanding Time Constraints in HR
5. If Payroll related, an idea of how to read Payroll Results & work with Wage Types
6. If related to PA & PD areas, understanding of the integration between these areas
