ODSO 0TMS_DS16 -> ODSO 0TMS_DS32 I cannot activate it

Hello gurus!

I am trying to activate SCM_TM Business Content in BW, but The transformation ODSO 0TMS_DS16 -> ODSO 0TMS_DS32 is not activated, the problems seem final routine about more fields, but I dont know what I can do because it is standar therefore I cannt modify it.
