MSS sub-menus are not showing in SAP Standard Roles in NWBC

Hi Gurus,

I have added 2 SAP Standard Roles in SU01 for a user.

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2 & SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2

I am getting roles like this in PFCG.

But in NWBC the sub-menus are not showing..

Its showing like this.

Even if I click on each menus, its not showing the sub menus & items inside it.

What can I do make all the sub menus visible. I haven't hide it also.

Hi Namsheed,

go with PFCG to the role and open it.

At "Menu" like in your first screenshot activate "Other Node Details" and make a new screenshot so i can try to help you.

which browser you are checking in and your version of NWBC? can you clear the cache and check here

Can you elaborate what I shoult  do..?

I tried from /nnwbc.

Here also the same thing is showing.

Sub menus are not showing for MSS. But showiing perfectly for ESS.

Am I missing any add-ons or any other things.

In SICF , do I want to do anything.? All NWBC servies are active here

run the service NWBC_LAUNCH from t-code SICF in ECC. And check it is it happening same or ?

nwbc_launch is active. How can I run the service from sicf.

just right click and select the Test option. It will open IE browser automatically

But you said you have assigned the role SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2

It should show here in this list.

don's search any thing just click on ZSAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_3, then it will navigate to services.

I have tested the service nwbc_lanuch and opened SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2.

But still I am not getting the sub menus.
