MSS sub-menus are not showing in SAP Standard Roles in NWBC

Hi Gurus,

I have added 2 SAP Standard Roles in SU01 for a user.

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2 & SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2

I am getting roles like this in PFCG.

But in NWBC the sub-menus are not showing..

Its showing like this.

Even if I click on each menus, its not showing the sub menus & items inside it.

What can I do make all the sub menus visible. I haven't hide it also.

Hi Namsheed,

You can change this by going to

1. PFCG

2. add the role you want to use

3. button "change"

4. Menu

5. activate "Other Node Details"

I think at some of your nodes there is the information "Linklist". If you change this e.g to empty you will have a better menu in NWBC.

It was invisible. I was checking in the Menu option whether its hide or not.

Hello Namsheed,

also check under other node details, if the nodes are hidden (marked as invisible).

Pascal is right, link collections are shown differently, service maps would be better folder options for your purposes.
