Hi

If you explain your requirement in details I could suggest you something. Go through this document and see in which scenario your questions falls and elaborate your process. If you are entering freight charges in STO then what is requirement to enter in shipment cost?

Hi Sunil,

You can actually mark your condition type as accrual condition type.

You can then keep an accrual key in the procedure and post your entries to the accrual account.

At the end of the financial period, you can knock off these entries by taking to P&L account and initialise this accrual account.

At the outset, before posting, please check in your system and search for the option as this is just like SD pricing.  Coming to your query, while there is no logic behind this requirement, if you set the required condition types to statistical in Shipping Cost Pricing Procedure, then those values would not be posted to FI.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for the reply, Actually my client is using the Freight Condition type in STO process and again if the Freight condition type value gets posted in shipment cost the entries will get doubled.

So we got a requirement to make the posting in shipment cost document as statistical. I checked the configuration part and pricing procedure but iam not able to make the posting as statistical.
