Getting dump in FM BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CRE_O_UR

Hi All,

Am getting the attached dump while executing the FM. Its happening in all the systems.

Short text of error message: Control Framework : Error processing control

Also attached are the input parameter for the same.

The GUI Release is: 720 Final release

Patch level: 7
