NWBC is not displaying all the menus

Hi Experts

We are trying to access NWBC using the following link "http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/nwbc" . NWBC screen is showing up properly but all the menus are not getting displayed. User is having SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW access.What we also discovered that some of the menus were appearing earlier but now they are gone after restarting the server.for example, sales and distribution and quality management submenus in the below screen-shots. What can go wrong ? Please advice .

Most likely your SAP system has a flawed version of the NWBC ABAP runtime. Are you using the native client or the browser client? If the native client, are you using the User Menu or SAP Menu, check under Settings... -> Personalize.

The navigation tree for each user is cached in the database table NWBC_NAV_TREE of the SAP backend system. With the native client you can force purging of the cache by using the extended supportability menu (hold left control and select menu, Help -> Extended Supportability -> Clean-up).

Hi samuli ,

I am also experiencing the same issue. I am using NWBC 4.0 for desktop PL 10.

I added sap standard MSS role. But in NWBC, the submenus are not showing.

Can you help me what I can do to solve this.
