Period ex dividen shares

Hi Team,

The ex-dividend date was created to allow all pending transactions to be completed before the record date. If an investor does not own the stock before the ex-dividend date, he or she will be ineligible for the dividend payout.

Let me know if you have implemented this process when I have stocks in position and then I  buy more of the same stocks  and date is  the ex-dividend period,  dividends will be not eligible for these new shares.

I hope all your help.

Thanks a lot.

Paula

Dear Paula,

relevant for the calculation of the dividend is the CALCULATION date from the
condition detail which can be different from the due date.

The position available at this date (again: the calculation date, not the
position date of the deal(s) is the relevant one) will be the basis for
calculation.

This means that you could try to fulfill your requirement by setting the calculation dates both of the condition and the deal(s) accordingly.

Best regards,

Marie
