Hi ,

can anybody let me know when does scheduled activity values gets populated in KP26 transaction.For some of the periods in KP26 against few activity type its getting populate for few its not populated.new to controlling.

Dear Amogh

This is populated from Long term planning (LTP) in PP. This schedule you can compare with you plan and update in the plan column using KPSI.

Hi Rajneesh,

Thanks for your reply but my issue is need to migrate cost center plan data from one sap system to another .Though have uploaded activity plan data using KP26 in new system.But the scheduled activity value is not having in KP26 screen for new system if i compare it with the old system having values.Hence need to know that is there any step which i might be missing.

Dear Amogh

Long Term planning (LTP) is a process which is handled by PP and CO both in conjunction. In this based on the production plan system calculates activity requirement to do that planned production. This is called scheduled activity. Then From PP this plan is transferred to CO and there this schedule is compared with planning. Following are the steps involved. Out of them few may not be used in your case depending upon the process.

1  Update planning scenario (MS32)

           2. Check or change manually the production volume (MD62) 

           3. Execute Long-Term-Planning  (MS01)   .

           4. Transfer activities to cot centers (KSPP)

           5. Plan reconciliation after (KPSI)

6 Activity dependant or Activity independant planning

7 Planning SKF (KP46) (if you are using)

8 Manually planning of labour hours (KP06)

9 Calculate Labour activity prices (KSPI)

Scheduled activity is updated when you do KSPP

Hi,

thanks @Ajay Maheshwari - SAP Trainer  and @Rajneesh Saxena  client want to have cost centre plan data to be migrated to new system so was just following KP06 and KP26 to update values now with the appropriate steps will be able to do migration properly.

Hi Amogh,

I'm not aware of any way you can "manually" update "Scheduled Activity" field.

Seems like like "Scheduled Activity" field is only updated via txn. KSPP.

But that of course requires LTP, SOP and the rest.

You may need to create your own program to achieve what you want.
