Training qualifications ID recording

Hi all,

quick question on the training qualifications. for some courses, a qualification and ID are required for those the pass the relevant courses.

I can easily assign the qualification to the training course but i have no where to record the ID detail that the employee will need.

I then have no capability on reporting on who pass the releveant training course and the relevant ID's

example:

Employee number 1 goes on First aid course. He passes the course and the qualification is transferred to their HR record via IT24.

Days / weeks later the relevant ID for the above course is sent to the HR department.

How can one record this so that it can easily be reported on?

(i.e. Training course with the releveant qualification with the relevant ID)
