How to configure extended withholding taxes for Bangladesh?

Dear Experts,

We are trying to configure extended withholding taxes for Bangladesh as per our client's requirement. However, there is no separate configuration steps in IMG Customizing for Bangladesh.

Also, we seek to print a withholding tax certificate for Bangladesh.

Hope to receive some expert advice in this regard.

Thank you for your prompt replies.

Ajay I have done the EWT settings for Bangladesh however, there is no provision to configure business places & section codes for Bangladesh. For that we need to go to the India menu in EWT tab.

Please advise as to how I should go about configuring Business Places & Section Codes.

Copying a company code does not copy the EWT settings.. Atleast it did not, when I did for India

There would be no separate EWT nodes for Bangladesh.. You need to do the settings under the Customing menu of EWT

Regarding custom certificate layouts, one can raise an OSS message under the component XX-CSC-YY, where YY = ISO Country Code

SAP will respond if they have one for Bangladesh or you need to develop your own

Hi

I did for Phillipines which in first week of May 2014 and it did copies the setting of EWT it just I had to activate the functional . Yeah I did some more configure and apply some OSS note as well to work it properly ,

Hi akshay ,

If you have copies the company code from Coutnry teplte of SAp the system will automaticallt copy the all legal requiremnt related bangladesh .
