Remove C4C Social Media Channel

Hello experts,

For tests purposes I had created one social media channel linked to my personal facebook account. I had successfuly connected with one facebook app that I created as well within my personal account.

However, once I have done all this, I figured that was better to connect one page with one page made by my company's account, and I wanted to remove the test channel I created before. Anyway, I couldn't find how to do this, if is there a way to do this at all.

Can anyone tell me how to remove one social media channel that is not active anymore?

Hi,

You cannot remove a Social channel once it is created. You can make it as INACTIVE if it is not needed anymore.
