FORM 16 Download

Dear All,

Is there a way, we can download FORM16 individually for all EE.

I ran form 16 for 2 EE, and if i download both r coming together.

In T.code PC00_M40_F16 Maintain the below things

1 .Pernr

2. Payroll Area

3. Taxation Year

4. Report Date

5. Out Put format should be Standard Layout

6. Click on the check box "Execute the Standard Form"

Select the company code option and enter your company code.

Select the customer layout and enter HR_IN_TAXF16000Y

Select original document and type of display SAP Script display.

Hi Sushil,

In both the option FORM16 is coming.

However how can i download individual FORM16 for all EE.

Hello KKS,

If you want to download individualy then you need to run form16 for individually for each employee. If you want to send the Form 16 to each employee you can send it through email, in one go, for that in IT0105 subtype 10, you need to maintain the email id of every person.
