Standard BO Objects workflows beind deactivated

Dear Experts,

                     All of My workflows created with Standard BO objects (weather created for any module. e.g; PM, MM, FI etc.) were becomes deactivated, when we create any document. Will you please let me know weather change in any configuration is being happened or something else. I am waiting for your kind response.

For global setting (Applicable to all workflow ) Check the T-Code SWEQADM , Basic data tab , The Receiver error feedback should be "Do not change linkage"

Hi,

Please check the Event-Workflow container binding. There must be some issue/error in the Event-Workflow container binding.

Hence the event linkage is getting de-activated when the event is triggered.

As advised in above posts please change the setting to keep the binding activated even in case of errors.

Since issue is related to all the workflow so there will be no error in binding.

Hi Prakash,

Please activate event trace and check the event in t-code SWEL.

If the linkage is getting de-activated then the event will go in error and the error message can be seen in the SWEL trace.

So you can re-activate the event linkage and then post/create document so the event is triggered. The event will go in error and the linkage will get deactivated. The error message can then be seen in t-code SWEL.

Hi,

  In event linkage in swe2, you can check "Behaviour upon Error feedback" set to "Deactivation of linkae" or not. If set, linkage will deactivate
