Vendor names maintained in Polish as shown as ############ in AL11 and Output file after F110 executed

Hello Friends - We have developed our own DME format tree for Poland and using it without any issues. After F110 is executed, In the AL11 directly and Output file, Vendor names (We maintain Vendor master in Polish language) are shown in Polish language correctly during testing.

After we moved the changes to Production, It is not working. Vendor names are shown like ############.

If it is because of Code page issue, we should have issue after file is downloaded. In this case, we have this issue in SAP as well as in Output file. Pls give your valuable suggestions on how I should analyze this issue.
