We have recently migrated our queries and workbooks to BEx 7. Previously in version 3.5, I can just add a new free characteristic into a query and it will be shown in all the linked workbooks automatically. Now In version 7, I still can add new free characteristics in a query easily, but then I have to add navigation pane for new characteristics on workbook one by one. I can do it for the published standard workbook, but there are many other workbooks that using the same query saved in users' favourite or their local PC. How can I get it also displays on those workbooks automatically like in version 3.5?
