Hi Erdem,
Also check the following
1. Whether your account has full access to the repository database on which the Data Services Repository is installed.
2. Whether you have full access to be able to perform development in the CMC. If you have access to display only privilege then this might happen.
kind regards
Raghu

Erdem,
I think you are going to create the datastore. when you click on new it will ask for the options.
you have to provide your datastore name(ex:-DS_Name), if your Datastore type is Database. then select database... then select the DB name(sql,Teradata,Oracle etc:--), provide the connection details and user name and password..
Note:-Once you created the datastore.. you cannot change or edit the name of the datasore.

Erdem, check your user on CMC (are you login with enterprise autentication?).
Check whether it was created with Concurrent User or Named User.
I had a problem like this once and this was the problem, so hope it helps!
Regards.
