Auto Email to Customers/Vendors agaisnt Outstanding !!!

Hi All,

At presently one of my client use Alert on weekly basis for Customer / Vendor Outstanding. This send mail on assigned company user.

Now my customer wants that this should send mail to Customer/Vendor (To : given udf field) automatically. I want to Implement it.

Plz guide me.

Thanx !!! Its very gud doc.

But I want that on each Friday, my one query will execute automatically and generate Outstanding and To the respected Customer/Vendor auto mail generated. (Mail ID provided in Business Partner as "Outstanding Mail ID")

Yes same query can be scheduled and reported on very Friday.
