BPC 10.1 Embedded - Lots of duplicated users in web admin

Hello experts

I'm implementing BPC 10.1 Embedded but I'm facing problems with the web admin. The list of users contains the user DDIC more than hundred times. One time for each email assigned to this generic user. The result is a list with 4 BPC users (with BPC roles), and 100 times DDIC (with SAP_ALL profile).

The same occurs with user SAP*. These generic users are "company" users. This is the main difference. And I cannot simply remove their SAP_ALL profile. They will always appear at the list.

Is there any solution to not see them hundred times? The navigation and the configuration of teams is very slow because of that. It would be not a big problem if it wasn't a front-end function directly used by the client.

Hi Sergio,

I am afraid the question you raised would not be related to SAP Integrated Business Planning Cloud product. Please can you check for the correct TAG for this question?

Yes I know it's not Integrated Planning. But it is the nearest tag I could find about SAP Business Planning and Consolidation. There is the tag EPM Add In for Office, which is used by SAP BPC, but it's the same case tan Integrated Planning, a set of tools integrated with BPC.
