Request for help in SAP BW 7.3 Installation

Hi Folks,
We are going to do a small test POC.I have to install SAP BW inorder to migrate to HANA SP7 Rev 73 . I have some queries regarding SAP BW Installation.

Can you please guide me through the entire installation process with the SAP BW service package details and also let me know from where in service market place I can install the SAP BW and also the required oracle database.Also let me know the necessary release details also details regarding the java stack as well as abap stack and anymore things that needs to be installed for sap bw to be up and running for modelling.
Also please help me understand what help and support will be required from basis/Security guys for this entire setup.

People who has gone through such POC please throw some light.
