Hi all ,

i tried changing the SUM version to SP09 patch 11 and now the stack.xml throws the error as in the

image . it might be that the SUM has considered it as an upgrade and not an update so how do i change it ?

thanks in advance

What is your Source and target ?

Please check SAP Note :

1863907 - Error "Unsuppported DVD kit ID found in <Stack.XML> " in phase PREP_INPUT/DETMAINMODE

Hi Victor,

Current value /sapstartsrv/httpsconnection is set to true so its giving a error. So set the value

/sapstartsrv/httpsconnection = false in jump_config.txt file located at D:\SUM\SUM\sdt\param\

Retry the SUM tool and it will resolve your issue

Hello Victor

On windows machine, sapcontrol utility is available under /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/uc/NTADM64. Open a command prompt window as an Administrator user and switch to this directory first. Now you can run all commands as told in sap kba 1895278.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks,

Tapan
