Dear Gurus,
My client requirement is .
Bonus they want to give thorough Off-Cycle payroll.
Bonus- they are showing in 2 parts, (1) Bonus- 11.67% of Basic Salary. (2) Ex-gratia 8.33% of Basic Salary.
Bonus year they are calculating, financial year. Example (01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014)
Client is paying bonus on the month of August 2014.
Example- Employee Basic salary is Rs 10,000.
Bonus = 10,000*12*11.67/100 = 14004
Exgratia= 10,000*12*8.33/100=9996
If an employe's Joining date is 01.06.2013 then his Bonus amount will be
Bonus= 10,000*10*11.67/100 = 11670
Ex-Gratia= 10,000*10*8.33/100=8330
Pls help me out how to configure it in SAP HR.
Hi
Try this standard PC00_M40_BONS
For Bonus go for 11.67 % with Annual basic and for Ex-Gratia 8.33.

HI,
for your requirement, you have to do some configurations.
create two wage types for bonus and ex-gratia in the IT 0267, and in the table T539J need to maintain with 11.67% of Basic for Bonus WT & 8.33% of Basic for Ex-gratia WT. Need to update the DOJ in the IT 0041 (Date Specifications) and write PCR to check the Month of Joining and calculate No. of months multiply with wage types.
