Impact of changing Internal Unit and Commercial unit name in CUNI

Hi ,

I have one query regarding CUNI txn .What happens if I change both the internal unit of measure and Commercial unit for a technical unit .

I can see that MGL is a standard unit given by SAP in internal and commercial unit for the technical unit mg/l .(milligram per liter)

In our system it has been changed to MGV,(not sure abt the reason for it) this is causing issues due to which UOM of mg/l is not appearing in some standard SAPcharactersitics .

Now if I change the Internal unit and commercial unit again back to MGL (as per std Sap ) what are the checks I need to perform before doing this to make sure MGV is not used anywhere else ?
