# Unavailable Error in Hyperlink/Document link/Element link.

Hi,

I have a webi report based on a SAP BW Bex query. When I try to place a hyperlink on the dimension, the measure values turn to #UNAVAILABLE. I know there is a problem with SAP BW Smart Measures(Delegated Measures). Could anyone please suggest a workaround?
