Implementing "Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 - Enterprise Portal"

Hi,

I would like to download the "Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 - Enterprise Portal" in my laptop IMB T42 ( Intel M Mobile processor 1.7 Ghz with 1 GB memory).

My questions are as follows.

1> I am not sure what are the procedure for downloading and implementing this.. I believe that I need to download the Java edition ...

2> There are two files to be downloaded , What are the steps for imstalling and getting the portal running..

3> I also not sure whether I need to download the "Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 - Web Application Server 6.40 Java, ABAP, MaxDB, Developer Studio" .. BEFORE I install the portal... I beleive that EP can only sit on a WAS,
