Solman ITSM - Tasks Text Different Language Problem

Hello All,

We configured ITSM in our Solman 7.2. There are 2 languages maintained (English and Turkish)

Now we noticed that When we added text (description) to Task in English language, It can be seen only when we Login in English. It is same for Turkish. There is no Language filter in tasks like incidents.

Do you have any idea?

1155979 - Other users cannot display an entry in the text field

After I've added language to "COMC_TEXT_COMLNG" table, all the task texts are saved in English to DB. So now Everyone can see the incidents.
