Empty maintenance transaction

Hi everybody, I'm creating a new maintenance transaction in my solution manager to calculate sps for my own solution manager

Basic configuratin and managed system configuration is done

When I create a new maintenance transaction I get this message and I can't follow, what could be the problem?
