Workitem creating dump

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the workitem's i get in my inbox. I'm generating notifications which will be sent to my SAP inbox as a workitem for further processing. But, when i go into my inbox to see the workitem, it immediately gives me a Dump. It raises an exception "object_not_found" in the method "LOAD_MIME_OBJECT" of the class "CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER". Can anyone please suggest me on this.
