No work item in purchasers work list after shopping cart approval

Hello!

we have activated the function "RFx Creation Before Shopping Cart Approval".

(SRM 7.0 EhP 1 Patch 😎

The purchaser gets a work item in the UWL to complete the SC.

He is creating a RFx and Updating the requirement price within RFx Response.

It is not possible to accept the RFx Response because the SC is still in approval.

After the approval workflow is finished the purchaser doesn't get any Information that

he can continue/finish the RFx process (Accept RFx Response and create PO).

In a Blog of Tridip Chakraborthy I've found following:

"The purchaser is notified once a shopping cart has been approved. A work item is then available in the purchaser's work-list with a link to the RFx."

What setting is necessary to get a work-item in the purchasers work-list after Shopping cart approval?

The purchaser needs to now when finish the RFx process (accept bid, create follow-on document).

is no one using this process?

Just a hint would be apprciated that I know where to start to analyse.

The work item which should be available in the purchasers work-list  from which workflow does it come from? Is it part of the SC approval process (I've not found something there) or is a new workflow started after SC approval?
