After installing oversight addon in ERP system Not able to connecting to ERP gateway

We have 3rd party addon installed in sap system that is oversight addon.

Oversight team trying to access My company sap system from oversight location.

To connect with SAP system our network team provided NATed IPaddress to oversight team.

Oversight team added NATed IP address with in their firewall but still facing an issue to connect with our sap system.

Erro details:
