Statistical Internal order assignment to WBS Element

Hi Experts,

Please let me know, whether we can assign an internal order (Statistical) to a WBS Element.

If yes please tell me the procedure.

Hi Bhadra,

Check the master data of IO ( KO02/KO03) . There is a tab (I think location/additional data....  and depreciation) where you maintain the WBS element.

If IO is statistical then budget check will happen against WBS. You can also post depreciation on WBS.

in standard process you can not assign wbs more then one in I/O

No. It is not possible to assign one IO to multiple WBS elements.

As you can also see in IO master data( KO03 ) there is only one field to assign single WBS element to an IO.

Anyway, why do you want to assign single IO to multiple WBS elements? What is the business requirement behind it?

Hi,

As such i never come with this scenario in other word i would say like wbs has replaced to internal Order. so my answer is NO.

My assumption is statistical internal orders have costs only for statistical purpose; therefore, costs cannot be re-posted to other objects as wbs.
