how to test alert mechanisum after checking., Suppress Multiple Alerts of this Rule.

Hi Experts,

Currently, Suppress Multiple Alerts of this Rule. condition is not checked, now its checked to avoid dulicate alerts.

Please let me know how to test this conditon?
