Payroll error

HI All,

We are calculating 30 days pay PY for unpaid leaves, below is teh attachement of fatoring PCR .

Now issue is when EE taken 31 days (months having 31 days) of leave and when we run payroll , its is dedcting one day salary in payroll which is not correct
