not able to print PO after approval

Hello Guys,

User is not able to print the PO from SAP directly.

But able to save it as PDF in local and then print it.

When the user gives print from SAP, the message comes as "Document sent to printer".

But the print is not coming out.

Can you guys help me in resolving this issue.

It would be better if you mention the Tcodes and post the Screen shots of the message you are getting.

Please check the document sent to which print device.

showing po document->'Messages'->'Communication method'.

there are some setting for print device.

In the communication method, it shows as below:

logical destination : ZPDF

Number of messages : 0

SAP Cover page: Do not Print

I think this is the problem, can you kindly let me know as where to change the same.

You mentioned that the problem is after releasing the PO. And if it is Custom transaction (ZPDF) once  check whether any logic written of Released PO's.

First please clarify from which Tcode the PO Prints are triggering. If it is Customized transaction, please check the related program.

We are doing it from standard t-code ME21N.

After the PO is created and approved, it should be able to print directly from SAP.

There are a default setting when you create new PO, but i`m not farmiliar with it. Functional guy must know how to set it.

In the communication method - set No. of messages to 1

check print immediately check box.

check release after output check box.

And see if you are getting print or not?
