PR_ORDER Archiving problem

Dear Experts,

   We have run the test mode of PR_ORDER object for archiving in preprocessing phase with below settings.

Customization:

Residence Time 1 Zero

Residence Time 2 Zero  For all orders.

Variant:

Selection profile status: TECO

Basic start date: 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007

Maximum number of orders : 99,999

Active set deletion flag

Active set deletion indicator

Issue:

   System Archived some of the orders having change date (25.04.2008)out of the specific period (01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007).

Is it standard behavior or any mistakes in my settings?

Please clarify this????

Hello,

It seems strange. but anyway.. can you please check the details of your selection profile. I hope, you must be using a customized selection profile.

Teco selection profile is already customized one.here problem is system archiving theout of the specific period (01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007) also.

No suggestions not yet received till now,

As per my analysis order change date will not consider for archiving (No Prerequisites not mentioned).

I am closing thread.
