uploading Orders into CRM and replicate to ERP - Queues are Slow and Stuck

Hello

We are uploading Orders from legacy into CRM and then replicating it to ECC via Middleware.

But Our Inbound and Outbound Queues are getting stuck.

And we have to manually release the Queue one after the another and it is so painfull.

Help needed on :

1. How do we overcome the Queue Stuck Issue and manually releasing of Queues ?

2.  How do we parallelize the Queues(R3AU*) run from CRM to ECC ?

Please help.

Cheers

RJ

To manually restart queues:

Report RSQIWKEX (Inbound queues) you can reset the state of stuck queues which are "only" temporary in a SYSFAIL. With this job you need not reprocess the Queues manually.

For outbound queues you have the report RSQOWKEX

Thanks Rohit.

My Inbound and Outbound Queues are in State "READY".

Any advise on the Frequency of these Jobs If I schedule it via Job ?

That means your queues are not getting worked upon by the inbound and outbound queue schedulers.

If your queues are in status READY then you probably need to check if you have enough DIALOG work processes which are free for queue processing. RZ11 and SM50 would give you a good idea.
