Itemization Cost not matching with Cost component for material

Hi All,

When I am executing CK11N for finished material,its itemization cost is not matching with Cost component view.

Hi.

I guess this is a HALB material (semi finished)

22.82 - 22.27 = 0.55 = (0.71 - 0.44) + (2.11 - 1.83)

The CCS is multilevel, so you see the real "raw material cost", in a HALB part of its cost is RAW and part is indirect (activities, overhead, transportation cost between plants or whatever additional cost you have)

I have checked all the assignment in OKTZ of cost elements and its seems OK because I have two plants,for one plant itemization cost is matching with Cost Component view.Is there any Plant specific setting which I have missed.Kindly guide and suggest.

For your query me and Arturo are fighting means discussing. Can you please post itemisation screen of mat 12081744 and its cost component view to analyse it better.

Dear Nitin

In OKTZ check the assignment of cost elements against your cost components of labour cost and material cost, you will fin the difference. As total in both the cases is 37.72 means only difference can be in the assignment.

I am extremely sorry if I were wrong...

I could have agreed with you in normal cases as the totals are same. But when I observe the two reports keenly I feel some other reason might have been there.

Please keenly observe the operations and materials again.
