Hi,

What is the dashboard conencting to?

If you are using query browser connections (UNX/BEx) then after migrating the dashboards from UAT to PROD, you need to open the dashboard in designer from PROD platform, refresh all queries and then re-publish the dashboard back to same PROD environment.

Check out the below KBase article 1778207:

https://service.sap.com/support/notes/1778207

Check whether this resolves the issue.

Niraj

Have you checked my reply ?

Open the dashboard connected with quality server check for perfection, save it in your desktop .

Close the dashboard.

Open the saved xlf file which is in your desktop and try to connect with the prodcution server when it asks for connection establishment. then refresh it.

Check if you are able to create new dashboards.I guess something is breaking in the migration,so migrate it using the promotion manager and then follow the steps that Niraj has mentioned

Hi MH,

Please check whether you have connected with the production system first, once you move the dashboard to production environment, open the xlf and check the connections are ok, then preview it.

Also check either any firewall is blocking in-contact with the production server.

Please check the below link for more clarifications:
