As a iOS developer I want to install the SAP Mobile Platform SDK 3.0 to play around a bit building native apps that consume SAP data trough OData. Having browsed trough the documentation I have got two incomplete pictures that I would like to validate with the community to see how to move forward to set up my environment:
a) It seems I can install the Native SDK component (that includes de OData framework) in Windows and then just move the required library manually from the Windows installation to my native project.
Am I right? Any restrictions of my OS X system on what OS I am running and what version of the iOS SDK I use?
b) I can also install the Native SDK in OS X but I need Mountain Lion or below. This is a pain because my machine is a new one built with Mavericks from the start. Any comment on this?
Thanks for any good tip on this
PS By the way, I do not see the SAP Mobile Platform SDK in the Download center (looking at the M index I see the Platform but not the Platform SDK)
