Person responsible S/O Designation details are not appearing in Form 16

Dear All,

When i execute Form 16 in ESS Person responsible, S/O, Designation details are not appearing on form where it is beneath to VERIFICATION 2nd page and DECLARATION BY EMPLOYER in 3rd page.

How to get those details on form in ESS.
