Person responsible S/O Designation details are not appearing in Form 16

Dear All,

When i execute Form 16 in ESS Person responsible, S/O, Designation details are not appearing on form where it is beneath to VERIFICATION 2nd page and DECLARATION BY EMPLOYER in 3rd page.

How to get those details on form in ESS.

Please pass the selection paramters in Form 16, Then all the details would be filled up accordingly.

Can you please clear my doubt, If i pass selection parameters in ECC R/3 system the same will be reflected on Form 16 in ESS.

Hello Venkatesh,
No in ESS that field would not be filled up, As there is no selection screens, In ESS these fields would be blank.

We have gone for Z development since it is standard behavior.
