Hi Experts,

As per requirement, absence quota should not be accrued if employee takes more than 30 days absence continuouly. Currently, we are using +ve time management and quotas are accrued monthly after time evaluation.

I tried to do it with reduction rule but it did not work.As accrual period is monthly and reduction rule details are given below:

Reference Period-->Accrual Period

Pct. of inactive calendardays-->100

to %-->No reduction

from %-->complete reduction

Plese let me know how to meet this requirement.

It is little bit urgent. Your valuable inputs are needed.

Hi Vivek,

I tried with that option also, but it did not work.

I think problem with "Reference Period" as it is accrual period and quota accrued monthly.

So, even employee takes more than 30 days(more than accrual period), it might be causing of failing the condition.

Please suggest.

Try maintaining reduction indicator for absence in table V_T559L. And maintain the min no. of days.

See if this works or not.
