CRM_DNO_OVERVIEW tab, only able to add more than 2 reply in 'Overview' tab

Hi Experts,

We am facing a problem in CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

In the overview tab, we are able to add only 2 reply as shown in the below screenshot.

Is there any setting for this.

Please help us in resolving the same.

Version: Solution Manager 7.0 EHP 1
