ZRD (Quotation) created by mistake

Hi Team,

Good Morning,

Issue : ZRD Documents created by mistake. (User has raised an incident stating he didnt created any ZRD's Document.

Overview : We are creating the Quotation (ZRD)  in our business process using the transaction ZV_CREATE_ZRD with reference to Preceding Document which is ZRA(Quotation). We have customised process where we create ZRD with reference to ZRA.

Analysis : We did our initial analysis by cheking the entries in VBAK Table of that particular date and time and also we have trace the details using ST03N transaction of the same date which confirms that ZRD were created by the same user.

User still said to us he didnt created any ZRD's, he said he was just doing the markup for Amazon Customer when this ZRD's might have created by mistake.

We have enclosed the screen shot of ST03N for your reference.

We would like to know whether these documents might have been created at the backend if he was carrying out some another transaction at that particular time. We would like to know whether when we create any Sales Order does the transaction gets updated anywhere in the table showing the Sales Order is created from and if not how should we proceed ahead to do our further analysis.

Did you check username and time in VBAK/VBAP tables? This will give you an idea that when that order was created and which user has created it.

2ndly this is your custom Tcode and there must be some custom coding involved in it. Check with your ABAPER is there any back ground scheduling or anything which can create that document automatically without user interference.

the best way would be to request an abaper to understand how your custom transaction works
