Publishing a relational UNX universe 4.1 SP2 is resulting in 'answerPromtsEx' error

BI 4.1 SP2

Oracle 11g UNX universe with contexts, everytime I am publishing the universe, the WebI reports where the contexts were predefined are giving this error "An Internal error occured while calling 'answerPromtsEx' API. Attached the error messages

I purge the data along with the last selected values and select the contexts again to make it work, it is time consuming to do this for all reports everytime I make changes and publish the universe.
