Hello,

Techinical Monitoring -> System Monitoring -> selecting All and when trying to Launch

Getting error message:  Failed to start application

Hi,

Can you confirm what user you are trying to launch the alert inbox with? Can you try with Solman_Admin if possible?

Hi Ronald,

Solman_Admin Alert inbox got launched, however its not permissible to use that.

Hence looks like my id it self not having the proper access.
