How to identify user has logged into system

Hi Gurus,

In USR02 there is a last logon date which can identify when a user has been in the SRM portal looking around.  We have managers that are approving shopping carts using only the offline email approval links and thus do not go into the SRM portal Inbox to approve.  With that I have not been able to find a way to tell that they are actively using the SRM system.  Is there a way to identify these users?  Also we a case where there is an admin that does shop on behalf of people so thus those people aren't actively using the system.  How can I identify those users as well?  What table can I use to get this information.

Thanks,

Jeff

For managers without any last logon date due to exclusive offline approval, you can use RSWIDONE report: this report is used by RSWILOAD report (SWI5 transaction).

For those users, you can check if they exist as requester partner in Shopping Cart or Purchase Order.

Hi Jeff,

Basis can provide you logon related reports with user statistics.

Workflow reports can provide you with how many managers approved how many documents (shopping carts, contracts etc).

What is it you want to achieve after identifying the inactive users?

In both the cases - managers and the secretary buying on behalf (of so called inactive higher ups) - deactivating them in any way will break the purchase requisition process.
