Hi,

I'm trying to download the patchs from download basket from download manager but I'm getting this error:

[SMPIOException] Request failed. Exception: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized; Clas: class dbclient. SMPIOException.

This Unauthorized error is due that proxy is not defined?

Make sure your suid has authorization to download patches. SMPIO means service market place input output. 401 means unauthorized.

To fix this same issue for me, I had to no longer use my S-UserID and switch to my SAP registered email as the user name. For whatever reason, S-UserID no longer works in the Download Manager but using my email as the "User name" works and I no longer get the 401 error in the Download Manager trace log.

Have do the setting as mention below screen reference? Try to install the latest version Download manager
