Customer hierarchy ECC to CRM - No hierarchy data exists for your entries

Hi,

I am trying to download customer hierarchies into CRM and already followed the steps in Replicating ERP Customer Hierarchies to SAP CRM - Account Hierarchies - SAP Library

- Sales area mapping done in CRM

- Initial download of DNL_CUST_THIT done

- Mapping done in CRM customizing

- Initial download of DNL_BUPA_KNVH done

- Trying to run BPH_DNL and it gives the error: No hierarchy data exists for your entries

Nothing found in BPH. Please advise i am stuck and no relevant thread found.

BR.

Implement SAP note 1307637 if its not currently in your system.

The note corrects an issue whereby data downloaded through object DNL_BUPA_KNVH was being deleted from transaction BPH_DNL.

Implement the note and then run the download again.

      Thanks Gervase.

The issue was resolved after raising OSS to SAP. Entry 'KNVH' was missing in ECC for which they provided a Z report that I executed and the entry was populated.

After that I ran the object to download hierarchies in CRM via R3AS and it worked.

Hope this helps those in need.

      BR.
