Customer hierarchy ECC to CRM - No hierarchy data exists for your entries

Hi,

I am trying to download customer hierarchies into CRM and already followed the steps in Replicating ERP Customer Hierarchies to SAP CRM - Account Hierarchies - SAP Library

- Sales area mapping done in CRM

- Initial download of DNL_CUST_THIT done

- Mapping done in CRM customizing

- Initial download of DNL_BUPA_KNVH done

- Trying to run BPH_DNL and it gives the error: No hierarchy data exists for your entries

Nothing found in BPH. Please advise i am stuck and no relevant thread found.
